Intro/Summary
The carpenters of Iowa Home Crafters are guided by five areas of Green Construction we believe are essential to responsible building. These include the environment, health, energy, quality, and livability. The process of deciding what products and procedures are used is on-going and forever changing. There is a purpose in everything we do.
This is a project nearing completion (August 2008) which represents our current answer to building a sustainable home that can really be lived in with conventional involvement by it’s owners.
